Added the capability for users to navigate to the previous and next router when viewing a site.

Currently, the navigation sends you back to the site's overview page. We should consider improving this by ensuring that when a user navigates to the next or previous router, the page they were previously on is the one that gets loaded. For example, if a user is viewing the WAN failover page and moves to the next site, the WAN failover page for the new site should be the one that loads automatically.
