Version 4 will introduce a suite of GUI tools designed to enhance the management of WireGuard VPN deployments on MikroTik routers. These tools will support dual authentication mechanisms utilizing external identity providers (IdPs), simplifying the security setup. Additionally, network administrators will have access to visual tools for generating configurations, such as QR codes for easy device setup and user configuration files to streamline the deployment process.
In the future, we plan to expand the capabilities to allow administrators to construct hub-and-spoke type WireGuard-driven VPNs across their MikroTik networks. This enhancement will include support for various hosting providers, such as:
