Users have the ability to create custom business hour policies that match the operational hours of the businesses where MikroTik devices are deployed. They can then incorporate users into notification policies designed to dispatch automated alerts in response to Red, Amber, and Green network events. The notification channels available for these alerts include webhooks, Slack channels, MS Teams, and delivery to mobile phones via WhatsApp. These notifications can be configured to be muted outside of designated business hours, providing flexibility and control over when alerts are received.
At the time of this post WhatsApp has been implemented.
